The best part is that stress can be greatly reduced by fishing. This may sound too good to be true but the truth of the matter is, fishing relieves stress and is a healthy activity that does not put too much stress on the body.

When the mind is a rest the body tends to follow and a good day of casting a line in the lake or pond is a great way to take the pressure out of your day.
