Don’t Forget:

By admin | September 18, 2011

This is the perfect time of year. Your husband’s busy watching his nfl sunday ticket and you’re finally free to head off and fish in peace. Whether you’re new to the sport or you’ve been fishing all your life don’t forget the following necessary items:
Bait: Seems like a no-brainer, but men do it too. Stop on the way to your favorite spot for some fresh worms or lizards and if all else fails and you’re fishing for trout remember that canned corn works too.
Sunscreen: Women seem to have more delicate skin than men and if you’re out on the boat all day you’re going to get burned. Wear at least SPF 30 on your face and bring a hat, too, to further protect yourself.
Plenty of Water: Staying hydrated is key and since you’re probably not going to be chugging beers like your male counterparts you’re going to need some juice. Bring at least 36-64 oz of water for a day out on the boat.
Phone: It’s tempting to leave your phone in the car but you’ll really be sorry if something happens. Stick it in your pocket and turn it on silence, if you must.
